By Car

From M6 Junction 40 take the A66 signposted Brough and Scotch Corner. Eden Gate is less than 5 minutes from Junction 40 on the M6.At the first roundabout, after approximately 3/4 mile, turn left into Bridge Lane. Head in to Penrith for about 1/2 mile to a mini-roundabout. Cross straight over and you will find Eden Gate about 75 yards further on to your left.

Approaching from the east along the  A66, turn right at the first roundabout into Bridge Lane. Head in to Penrith for about 1/2 mile to a mini-roundabout. Cross straight over and you will find Eden Gate about 75 yards further on to your left.

By Rail

Penrith has a railway station on the West Coast main line. This has regular services to London-Euston, Plymouth, Glasgow, Edinburgh and all points in between.

If you arrive by train, Eden Gate is about 10 minutes walk from the station through the town centre or you can take a taxi from the rank in the station forecourt.
