Accommodation
Eden Gate has four guest rooms that provide a choice of airy and comfortable accommodation as follows:
Room 1 - Double with en suite shower.
Room 2 - Family room with one link double (can convert to 2 singles) and one single bed and en suite shower. This room is ideal for a couple with one child or three adults travelling together.
Room 3 - Twin room with private shower.
Room 4 - Large family room with one double and two single beds and private bath/shower room.
All our rooms have colour TV, clock/radio and tea/coffee making facilities. Secure off-street parking and cycle storage are available.
Breakfast at Eden Gate
Included in your room price is a delicious full English Breakfast
of Orange Juice, Cereals, Toast and Preserves together with a cooked meal
including 
egg,
bacon, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms and hash browns. Tea or coffee are,
of course, also included. We are happy to cater for vegetarians and people
with special dietary needs.
We do not offer an evening meal, however, Eden Gate is within 5 minutes level walk of the centre of Penrith, a historic market town. Here you can find a wide choice of restaurants, pubs and hotels offering bar meals, Italian, Indian, Chinese and European cuisine.
You can enjoy excellent pub food at the Lowther Arms, Gloucester Arms or Agricultural Hotel (together with great beer). Our personal favourite is India Gate where the curries are superb, especially if you enjoy eastern spices.
